Foxy to the sea
Part 10

 Skeppsvik 1.
2009-08-05.  Afternoon
 
Me by the sea in Skeppsvik. A wonderful paradise in the country by the sea. The word "skepp" means ship and the word "vik" means bay. This sea is named "Gulf of Bothnia".
There were houses that contained 4 hotel room each. But we were the only guests in the house this night. And from the outside it looked we rent a house.
This room had big windows and there was a terrace beside the house.
The room was real nice.
I liked this boat very much.
In front of our house was a pasture with sheep.
The sheep were so funny they were often bleating. Baaaa! Baa! :-)

The sheep looked curious to me and started bleating again BAAA! BAAA! BAAAAA!
The sky looked dramatic in the distance. But here the weather was nice.
There was a bay and much wetlands. In the spring the birds were breeding  there.
There was a little pond beside the restaurant and this looked real nice.
There were many small houses. This is a pavilion. You could use it for having meetings.
I think this is a storing house.

We had an ice cream on the terrace by the restaurant. Ove eating ice cream.
This house also has some hotel room. Most wooden houses in Sweden are red. But on this place the houses are white.
We took a walk to the sea from the other side of the area. Much of the sea.
At east you could see the horizon. Finland is on the other side of the sea.

This channel goes from the bay to the sea. It's beside the yard restaurant house.

The was a big lawn beside the hotel. With flower pots and benches. Groups of people could order a barbecue party outside.

Ove was coming to our house with a router :-)
Ove is connecting the router to his laptop. He got it from the owner of the hotel.
He is running wireless.

The baaa sheep was wondering what we were doing. I said

- We are surfing on the world wide web.

- Baaaa, baaa?

- No, no, not a spiders web, we are on the web on the internet. Now we can talk to the whole wide word.
