A white Christmas

2008-12-12. It started snowing. Santa Rödluvan felt so excited.
2008-12-12. The snow decorated the Christmas tree on the yard.

2008-12-13 - 2008-12-20. I went sick in a whole week in the winter vomiting virus. I got fever too. Here I just recovered. Showing my indoors soft hooded cardigan that kept ,e warm, and my tiger T-shirt.
2008-12-21. Even though I felt weak in my legs, she could go out on the yard a while. The sun was standing low, and shining so beautiful through this red car.
2008-12-21. And the sky was coloured in orange.
2008-12-21. The berries were frozen and wrapped in ice.
2008-12-21. I got the sun in me face and I was happy she could go out again.
2008-12-22. It was snowing like crazy the next morning. The street looked like a fairy tale land.

2008-12-22. A "wolf", dog was coming.  All the duck were looking in the direction of the water, ready to fly away. But the dog owner walked over the bridge and did not come. Then everything was OK again.

2008-12-22. The female duck was standing on my boots, begging for food. The male behind was also begging for food.

2008-12-22. A happy me in the park and a lot of ducks behind me. I took this picture myself by holding the camera in front or me. I seldom have somebody with me in winter to take a picture.
But in November 2007 there was a woman in the park who took this picture of me.

I used this picture for my Christmas cards in 2008.  The ducks were the most happy experience at my Christmas. :-)

2008-12-23. A new morning walk to work in the darkness. I met a fat snowman with a broom in his hand. He had white eyes and a carrot as a nose. And a big smile on his face. I was so happy to meet him.

2008-12-23. This time I walked home while it still was day light. And then I saw how beautiful the woods by work were painted with snow. These high trunks use to be brown, but now the snow had stuck on them and they were white.

2008-12-24. And the light shone in the darkness and the darkness comprehended it not. (from the Gospel of John, the first chapter).

2008-12-25. I took a walk to the shop and enjoyed the snow again. But Idid not sit down on the bench :)
