2009-02-23. I met a lion in the snow :-) It was a snow sculpture. I liked the lion very much and was happy that he won the prize.

The dove of peace.
The canon sculpture is about the last battle in Sweden. That was the battle of village Sävar, for 200 years ago. It was between the  Swedish and Russian armies.

Sculpture #7. Lion. This sculpture was liked by most of people.
I liked the lion very much. Also this year I got an animal snow sculpture friend :)

The railroad station in Umeå behind the mountains of snow. The sculpture "Green Fire" is hidden behind the snow too.

But they made a real roof and wooden poles so it should be safe. And then they could install electricity and have blue light in it
