Rödluvan and the ducks
in the cold
Part 1
January
2009 |
|
|
I went to the pond by the
hospital almost every day. This duck was flying up to me and took the bread out of
my hand.
A woman who was from the USA took the
picture. |
|
2009-01-07. It was cold and the
pond by the hospital is the only one pond in town that has open water the
whole year. The river, the lakes and the other ponds are frozen in
winter. |
|
2009-01-07. It was twelve in
the afternoon but the sun don't reach the park this time of the
year. There was a blue light over the snow. |
|
2009-01-07. The crow was walking on
the ice and seemed to find something to eat. |
|
2009-01-07. Look there is a red
tent in the park! |
|
2009-01-07. No it's not a tent.
It's me with my big hood. :-) |
|

bread in the water all the ducks wanted to be there. |
|
2009-01-07. There was a female who
always sat on the railing of the bridge when I came. That
duck was not afraid of me and dare to eat out of my
hand. |

|
2009-01-07. Here the female is on
the bridge railing again. I called her "The Bridge duck". |
|
2009-01-07. She wanted more food. |
|
2009-01-07. Here you can see that there
is not much open water left. But there is water in the creek and the
tunnel too. |
|
2009-01-07. The blue hour over the
frozen part of pond. |
|
2009-01-07. Me on my way
back to the hospital. Here the sun did reached my face. But
the sun does not warm this time of the year. |
|
2009-01-08. This day it was snowing
a little. I got snow on my hood. I took the "face
pictures" myself by putting out my arm and hold the camera in front
of my face. |
|
2009-01-08. I came to the
park and then.........Flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flap,
flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flapp, flapp, flap, flap, flap,
flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flapp, flapp, flapp, flapp,
flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flap, flapp, flapp, flapp,
